Tuition and Materials The fee charged for each course is available on our website and will also be display in your shopping cart prior to purchase. All courses must be purchased online through our website and is available for use for six months from the date of purchase. All materials required for the course are included in the course fee and will be available to download from our website after the course is purchased.
Copyright Protected Course materials are intended for use by only the students enrolled in the course and are copyrighted. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials is a violation of federal copyright law. Provider will pursue legal remedies available in the event of a copyright infringement.
Classroom Students must sign in and out of the class and present a valid photo ID to be eligible to receive credit for the course. Students must be present for all segments of a classroom course. TREC rules do not provide for any make-up sessions.
Distance Education Students must present a valid photo ID and must complete each segment of the course, including any required exercises, chat/blog sessions and chapter tests before being eligible to take the end-of-course. At the end of the course, the student must complete and submit the TREC Distance Education Reporting Form supplied by provider.
Conduct Students will act civilly to others in the class and will refrain from the use of profanity or disparaging comments in the classroom or in chat/blog rooms for distance education courses. A student who does not participate in the class or is disruptive (including acting uncivilly) will be warned once by the instructor. The student will be dismissed from course and no refund will be given if non-participation or disruption happens again. The use of recording devices is prohibited.
Course Exam A graded end-of-course exam is only required for CE courses delivered through distant education. Students must achieve a score of 70% or higher to receive credit for the course. A student who fails the test may retake the test one time before being required to retake the course. Provider will grant access to a secure platform for all required end-of-course final exams upon completion of the course materials as part of the fee paid for the course.
Credit Reporting Provider will submit the class room rooster and TREC Distance Education Reporting Form to TREC on or before 48 business hours from receipt of each document. Only the student registered for the course may take and receive credit for the course.
Refund Policy A full refund will be given for any course that has not been completed, if you contact us within 10 days of purchase of the course at email@example.com. Completion of a course occurs when you have attended all hours or completed all online material for a course, whether or not you have taken the final exam.
Course Cancellation Provider reserves the right cancel a scheduled class for insufficient enrollment, lack of instructor or inclement weather. In the event a class is cancelled, the student will have the option of receiving a full refund or credit for another class offered by provider.
I have read, understand, and agree to the student requirements for CE courses from the provider. Student Name, License # and Email must be entered and constitutes your digital signature for class registration.
These 2 old chicks teach the instructors for TREC’s required Legal Update 1 & 2 and Broker Responsibility courses and now they can teach you as well. The elective CE courses offered reflect current issues in contracts and the industry based on what these chicks have seen in their practices and as the former Chair (Avis) and General Counsel (Kerri) of the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Designed to remind license holders how to play nicely with each other while assisting clients to reach their goals. The course will cover ethics from TRELA, TREC Rules and the Code of Ethics from the National Association of REALTORS, needed competency (geographic and real estate types), and proper interactions with clients and other agents. Specifically included are responding timely to consumers and other license holders, how to show a home as a buyer’s agent, how to prepare a home for showing by a listing agent, timelines and communication required with multiple offers, and why it is important to not venture a guess when you don't know an answer.
